For a gym cafe this place is great. The best thing about life cafe in both Summerlin and green valley is the customer service, very friendly people who are patient and helpful weather you're ordering a meal or just a coffee!
The lifetime burger is really good I get the beyond burger and it's just really good! I usually don't order food here though I am sad they took the soba noodle bowl off the menu that was the best thing they had, sense that got removed I normally get a snack for my son and a shake for me. There are several 6 dollar protein shakes or smoothies but they're not on the menu so you have to ask about it.
I bought the collagen protein powder sold here and it's good but it doesn't dissolve in coffee so well. I plan to buy some vitamins also.
The only thing that could make this cafe better is if they had a juice bar, oh and if they brought back the soba noodle bowl!

Had breakfast here today...was not impressed.

I tried one of their açaí bowls.  Service took forever and I thought the quality was subpar.  The bowl tasted ok bur was nothing special.   For the price I didn't think it was worth it.

May give this place a chance for lunch but after todays experience, I doubt it.

I recently joined this gym and I have to say best decision ever. Love it here ... I really enjoy spending a few hours here at the gym... They have a great cafe with a great selection of items ... I give this place 3 stars because something needs to be done about the disgusting disgusting chicken .. It taste like rubber... I mentioned it a first time and assumed it was me but when I tried it again and then mentioned it to the staff they assured me I was not the only one feeling some type of way. Top notch disgusting and a big portion on the menu is chicken.. What was even more annoying was that the staff is young and inexperienced and didn't even offer anything else .. just said sorry about that lol .. Had no idea we were nickel and diming at the most expensive gym in town ... After this I just decided I need to be starving before ordering again from here minus shakes which I do like

Ok so I swore I'd never come back here again after my horrible experience with the wilted pre-made salad they insisted on giving me rather than making me a new one when I asked. However, I had just gotten done with a 2 hour cardio workout and I was famished so I decided to let bygones be bygones. And I'm really glad I did. My first test was to have a look at the salads they had out and they looked considerably fresher than when I wrote my first review. That made me feel confident enough to place an order. I ended up getting the Caprese Panini (pictured) which was really good. Service was accommodating. Overall, I was impressed so I've decided to end my long grudge against this place, after all, it's HEALTHY to do so and they earned my respect back. Just wanted to clear the air about Life Cafe.

I love the gym however the food service here is very bad.  It's super super slow and the food isn't that great.  One time I had to wait 30 minutes for a egg sandwich I was planning on eating while my daughter was in swim class. I had to tell them after 20 min I was still waiting for my food and I needed to go back and get my daughter. 5 min later still food wasn't here. Then about 5 min left, I told one guy to pack it to go because it took too long. Guess what, they brought it out on a plate and I'm telling them my daughter is done with class. I basically went to go pick up my daughter and then came back for the food because I couldn't wait for them any longer.  Each swim class is 30min. I ordered right after I dropped her off before her class. I hate having to order here but there is nowhere else to go....

Sorry I love lifetime but please improve the staff or the food prep time for an egg sandwich.

This actually happened back in April but just seeing the line today made me post.
